• Chat Information includes the contents of the conversation.  We collect this information when you engage with the Site’s chatbot.  If you interact with the chatbot on the Site, we will record the conversation.  Please note that the chatbot is an automated program and not a real person, and information relating to your communications may be shared with our service provider.

• ​Commercial History includes information regarding transactions you have had using our Services.  We collect this information when you provide it directly to us.  We collect this information for the purposes of account creation and management, advertising and marketing, analytics and research, customer service, and website security and maintenance.

• Payment Information includes name, address, phone number, email address, and debit or credit card information.  We collect this information when you provide it directly to us for making a reservation, purchasing a rental or vacation package, paying membership dues, or other transactions on the Services.

• Responses to Surveys and Questionnaires includes any information you provide to us when you participate in voluntary market research surveys such as email address, phone number, street address, name, and information related to your preferences and interests.  We collect this information for the purposes of advertising and marketing, analytics and research, customer service, and website security and maintenance.

• Social Media Information includes information that you post by sharing on a blog or other social media platform. We collect this information when you provide it directly to us.  Please note that your comments will be visible to the public, so you should never share personal information that you would like to keep private.  We collect this information for the purposes of advertising and marketing, analytics and research, customer service, and website security and maintenance.

• Third Party Information. Some of our Services may offer a feature that allows you to send a message to, or share information with, others.  If you choose to use this feature, you will be asked to provide your name and email address, the recipient’s name and email address, and the content of any message you choose to include.  As the sender of the message, your name and email address will be retained.
